Gökçe Ataman is the founder and the managing director of Ataman Corporate Finance, an independent M&A advisory firm based in Oslo.  With ca. 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gökçe has managed ca. 50 M&A, equity raise, and debt advisory projects. Earlier in his career, Gökçe served as a VP at Highbridge Capital Management in New York between 2004 and 2009, and executed cross border M&A deals in Istanbul at a leading M&A boutique between 2009 and 2018.

Gökçe has a BSc. degree in industrial engineering from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul and has an MBA degree from University of Maryland, College Park, USA.
