This is the Norwegian Turkish Chamber of Commerce’s (“www.ntcc.no”) privacy policy (“Policy”). This policy applies to activities the Norwegian Turkish Chamber of Commerce’s (NTCC) engages in on its website www.ntcc.no and activities that are "offline" or unrelated to the website. This privacy policy informs you how the Norwegian Turkish Chamber of Commerce’s in the UAE protects the rights of individuals in terms of their privacy.

www.ntcc.no collects certain anonymous data regarding the usage of the website. NTCC primarily collects information directly from our members or others who have expressed interest in the organization. Information stored typically includes name, company, business sector, position, gender, telephone numbers, address, and email address. Comments can be stored if the situation requires, for instance, in relation to our events. If data is not collected from the data subject directly, data is collected via referrals or from websites. We do not collect any sensitive personal data.
 All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. https://www.ntcc.no/ will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.


How do we use personal information?
ntcc.no may use non-personal "aggregated data" to enhance the operation of our website or analyze interest in the areas of our website. Additionally, if you provide nlbcuae.com with content for publishing or feedback, we may publish your user name or other identifying data with your permission.

Only NTCC is the recipient of your personal data. Neither NTCC nor any of our subcontractors sells the personal data of users of our site.

Cookies are small bits of data cached in a user’s browser, ntcc.no utilizes cookies to determine whether or not you have visited the home page in the past and to identify when the user has logged in. NTCC also uses Google Analytics to track the activity on our website but it is not used for profiling or tracking specific individual’s data. How long do we keep your personal data for?
NTCC promotes a privacy-aware culture that is respectful of and is sensitive to the rights of its external contacts’ data. If the personal data is no longer required by NTCC for the reason that it may not be useful for the purposes previously mentioned, we will no longer continue to retain that information. 

Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information that we hold about you (right of access) and to be informed about how we use your personal information (right to be informed). This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. NTCC will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.

The Norwegian Turkish Chamber of Commerce will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of this website.
